Hello, Everyone. Happy What I Ate Wednesday! I am sharing my meals from Tuesday, it has been a busy week. I am still trying to catch-up after our blog party last Saturday, which was a great success. Thank you to Jenn a Peas and Crayons for hosting the WIAW!

This is what I ate:
Breakfast (6:30am)
I started the day with coffee and a strawberry and cheese croissant from the Gypsy Den.
AM Snack (9:00am)
Apple.
Lunch (11:30am)
My favorite salad at Rae G in Brea , the chef salad.
PM Snacks (2:00pm)
Cashews.
Dinner (5:00pm)
A pumpkin smoothie with flax seeds. 🙂
Thank you for stopping by. I hope your day was full of healthy meals!
I adore a good chef’s salad! Something about the hard-boiled egg, the bacon, and the blue cheese all go together so well. Your pumpkin smoothie looks delicious too! Happy Wednesday!
I love chef salads too. Thank you! 🙂
Pumpkin smoothie??? Now that’s something I haven’t tried before but I am sure it is delicious and very filling.
Sorry I haven’t replied to your email yet. Thanks again for letting me include some of my favorite recipes. It seemed like the recipe swap party was very successful.
Thank you, it is very filling because I add protein powder and ground flax seeds.
No problem. I was a pleasure having you as a guest for our Recipe Swap. Hope you are feeling better. 🙂
Pumpkin Smoothies are the perfect fall treat 🙂
I agree! 🙂
Everything looks delicious! Still loving your Diamond Jubilee mug!!
Thanks! 🙂
Whoa. Who says that you have to stop making smoothies when summer is over? That pumpkin smoothie looks so creamy and delicious! I hope you share how you made it 🙂
It is still fairly warm here, so smoothie still taste good. Thanks you. I will try to share my recipe . 🙂
Cashews are one of my favorite nuts. I love pairing them with raisins!
Cashew are one of my favorite nuts too. I like them with dried apricots. 🙂
Ooh, that croissant looks delish! The salad too…and the smoothie…and well, EVERYTHING!
Thank you! 🙂
Love your mug.
I think your smothie looks lovely but I don’t know how you just had that for dinner. That wouldn’t sustain me.
Thanks!
I think it is super filling because I add protein powder and ground flax seeds.

It looks like your cheese croissant had sugar on it!? what’s the crystal granular stuff? salt?
Yes, it was sugar. The croissant had cream cheese and strawberries inside. They are so good!!! 🙂
