Hello, Everyone. Happy What I Ate Wednesday! I am sharing my meals from Tuesday, it has been a busy week. I am still trying to catch-up after our blog party last Saturday, which was a great success. Thank you to Jenn a Peas and Crayons for hosting the WIAW!

This is what I ate:
Breakfast (6:30am)
I started the day with coffee and a strawberry and cheese croissant from the Gypsy Den.
AM Snack (9:00am)
Apple.
Lunch (11:30am)
My favorite salad at Rae G in Brea , the chef salad.
PM Snacks (2:00pm)
Cashews.
Dinner (5:00pm)
A pumpkin smoothie with flax seeds. 🙂
Thank you for stopping by. I hope your day was full of healthy meals!

I adore a good chef’s salad! Something about the hard-boiled egg, the bacon, and the blue cheese all go together so well. Your pumpkin smoothie looks delicious too! Happy Wednesday!

Pumpkin smoothie??? Now that’s something I haven’t tried before but I am sure it is delicious and very filling.
Sorry I haven’t replied to your email yet. Thanks again for letting me include some of my favorite recipes. It seemed like the recipe swap party was very successful.

I think your smothie looks lovely but I don’t know how you just had that for dinner. That wouldn’t sustain me.

It looks like your cheese croissant had sugar on it!? what’s the crystal granular stuff? salt?
Jennifer Student said:
Yes, it was sugar. The croissant had cream cheese and strawberries inside. They are so good!!! 🙂
