This is what I ate:
Breakfast (6:30am)
I started the day with coffee and scrambled eggs with cheese and avocado.
Lunch (1:00pm)
A chicken breast I made the day before.
Dinner (6:00pm)
We stopped for a quick meal at Whittier Peruvian and I had my favorite dish Lomo Saltado.
Dessert (7:00pm)
Homemade red velvet cupcake. 🙂

I use Trader Joe’s pecorine & romano paresan blend grated cheese, dried parsley, oregano, paprika and fresh black pepper. It is so easy and we love it.
