This is what I ate:
Breakfast (7:30am)
I started the day with coffee from Starbucks and a bowl of No Oats Oats.
Lunch (11:30am)
Soy tacos from Healthy Junk.
Dinner (5:00pm)
Spinach Pasta with Tomatoes, Roasted Peppers, Arugula and Cheese.
Dessert (7:00pm)
A low-cal, low-fat chocolate mousse.
