This is what I ate:
Breakfast (6:30am)
I started the day with coffee from Starbucks and a banana, peach, flax and protein smoothie.
AM Snacks (9:30am)
Roasted cabbage, my new favorite.
Lunch (11:00am)
Melon, tomato and onion salad with goat cheese. (recipe here)
PM Snacks (2:30pm)
I tried Trader Joe’s Milk Chocolate Covered Potato Chips, they were pretty good. They satisfy that sweet and salty craving.
Dinner (5:00pm)
A grilled steak with cauliflower.
Dessert (7:00pm)
A green apple.

I never knew TJ made chocolate covered chips… back in elementary school, a friend of mine & I made chocolate covered cooler ranch doritos. SO good 🙂

Wow, I didn’t know TJ’s had those but it doesn’t surprise me. Love cauliflower!! I love the TJ chocolate covered Peanut butter pretzels!

I’ll have to give those potato chips a shot as well as the roasted cabbage, which sounds less appealing but I’m sure I’d enjoy. 🙂

I’m so pleased to have found someone who also likes roasted cabbage… and cauliflower 🙂 My roommates used to complain whenever I cooked them because they said they’re fart vegetables 🙁 They’re missing out ;p
